Make sure they’re ones you actually want.

12. You’re Waiting for Life to Change Instead of Changing Yourself

This is the biggest trap of all—waiting for the perfect conditions, the right opportunity, or some magical sign before making a move. Life doesn’t change on its own. You have to be the one to change. The people who succeed aren’t luckier or more privileged; they just take action instead of waiting. If you keep waiting for something external to push you forward, you’ll stay exactly where you are. The only way out is to start moving—today.
